PALACIO ARRILUCE HOTEL

A historic 1912 palace on the Basque coast, in the town of Getxo, reborn as a luxury five-star hotel with 50 rooms, opening in October 2023.

We have led a comprehensive management process, overseeing every aspect—from defining the business model and its various sub-sectors to selecting the architectural, design, and interior design teams. Our role also includes advising the investor throughout the construction phase and ensuring the successful future operation of the hotel.

In September 2022, Palacio Arriluce Hotel was officially accepted as a member of The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), meeting its rigorous standards of excellence in every aspect of guest experience and well-being

HOTEL AQABA CABO DE GATA

A New Benchmark in Mediterranean Quiet Luxury

Hotelab Hotel Consultancy is leading the development of Hotel Aqaba Cabo de Gata, an exclusive five-
star retreat in Carboneras, nestled within the stunning Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Set to open in
December 2025, this exceptional property will redefine luxury in the region, offering outstanding design,
farm-to-table gastronomy, a world-class spa, a panoramic pool, and exclusive experiences.

At Hotelab, we are overseeing the project in its entirety—from feasibility and concept development to
commercial strategy and marketing—ensuring its success and long-term profitability. A true symbol of

BATRES CASTLE PROJECT

80 hectare estate close to Griñón, Madrid.

First stage of the project: creating a space for premium events and meetings. Comprehensive advice from the beginning of the project. Defining the product, feasibility and financing study, commercial strategy and pricing policy, search for partners specialised in catering and luxury events, branding, business plan and subsequent marketing and management of the space.
Second stage: developing a luxury hotel with 70 bedrooms in a 14th century building.

5 star boutique hotel with 76 bedrooms in Madrid. Quality audit and Mystery guest services. Report, road map and technical support in implementing the recommended actions.

ÚNICO HOTEL

5 star hotel in Madrid with 44 bedrooms and a 2 Michelin star restaurant. Specific programme to improve customer experience concerning butler service, guest relations, housekeeping and breakfast.

VALENCIA

We are currently working with two operational hotels in the city of Valencia, providing them with advisory services that range from the analysis and diagnosis of their various operational areas to the implementation of targeted improvements. Our objective is to maximise profitability, quality, and excellence, aligning with the latest trends and demands of the hospitality industry.

OPENING OF THE CENTRAL HOUSE – LAVAPIÉS (TCH) & ITS RESTAURANT CITYNIZER

With the launch of The Central House (TCH) Lavapiés, we pioneered the creation and development of an innovative hostel concept in the heart of this vibrant Madrid neighbourhood. This property served as the pilot project for the expansion of the brand across the rest of The Central House hostel chain.

During the pre-opening phase, our responsibilities included:

  • Defining and creating a differentiated product within the hostel accommodation sector.
  • Negotiating and contracting technological and operational suppliers.
  • Conducting financial projections and setting a pricing strategy for both beds and rooms.
  • Managing the procurement of hotel equipment, commercial policies, and the food & beverage offering.
  • Overseeing staff recruitment and operational setup.

A project that redefined the modern hostel experience in Madrid.
